New Blogs for a New Year

I really wish I had more time to hunt down and post more blogs, but whenever I sit down to do so, things that need my attention always seem to come up. I have about a dozen blogs waiting in the queue that I'm hoping to get up soon. I also have to take the time to update the alphabetical list, as it is missing a whole wack of blogs at this point. My apologies for that. And now, onto the new (to this site) blogs:

Enjoy!

ps, please help us spread the word about this site. Link to us, donate to us, talk about us, write about us, make silly art projects about us, or whatever else! It's very appreciated if you do! :)

Winter is here

Ok, so I'm on a roll getting these blogs up, so let's continue. I'm liking the number 3 lately, so I'm also sticking with that. Today is one of those days that really lets you know that winter is here. A good amount of snow, cold and as we walk along the street, a spattering of Xmas decorations. I love the image of the outdoor rink, and so that's why it's chosen here. No other reason. Enjoy the blogs!

And remember, if you know of a great social work blog that I'm missing here, either leave a comment, or email me to let me know and I'll put it on the list!

Lack of Movement isn't always Bad

The theme of today's offerings seem to be dormancy. However, something that lacks activity can still be very useful. These three blogs are more than a month dormant, but there is A LOT of good information in them that is still very valuable! Also, if we like what they're doing, it's always possible to hound them and let them know they have fans so they come back and get back on track! And so, here they are:

On to December!

Here's a trio of blogs to get you going into December. I have a lot more time on my hands, so I should be able to whittle down the list that others have generously provided me. As well, I hope to run through all the blogs on here, and see which have been deleted, so they're not wasting space for others that are more active.

If you're reading this on the site, rather than as a feed, you should now see a "Share" button on the bottom of each post. I hope you will use this to spread the word around about this site.
And now, only today's offerings:

More Blogs! Yay!

The pic has no significance. I just like it. Here's a few more blogs for you to peruse and discover. It's a diverse group that includes a hospital social worker, a social worker in yoga school, and an MSW student.

I hope you enjoy, and let me know what you think!

A few blogs to lessen the load

I have this file of blogs that need to be reviewed and posted here. I get emails every now and again with new suggestions, but I've been so busy that they've been filed away and they're starting to look like that load of papers in the picture.

So here I am, getting ready to post some more. I'm gonna post three today, then I will hopefully get around to setting up a schedule to post the rest.

Without further ado, here we go:

There's a little bit of variety there, from personal to professional. I hope you enjoy.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone that has been promoting the site, either through their blog, or Twitter, or email, or otherwise. It is very appreciated and helps to grow the site. Keep it up, folks! Like I've said before, we have important stuff to say, and the more we promote ourselves, the better we'll grow.
